HELP TOPICS
Getting Started
Everything you need to know before using Next2go.co.
-
Creating an account
To use Next2go.co wagering services, customers must create an account and complete the required identity and age verification. Next2go.co is available only to customers aged 18 years or older.
-
Logging in
Use Log In in the main navigation to access your existing Next2go.co account.
-
Account verification
Identity and age verification may be required before full account functionality becomes available.
-
Managing your account
Once signed in, you can manage your account details, review wagering activity and access available account and responsible gambling controls.
Account
Managing your details, verification and account settings.
-
Your account details
Once signed in, your name, contact details and communication preferences are managed in the My Account section of the website.
-
Identity verification
Australian wagering rules require your identity and age to be verified. Until verification is complete, some account functionality may remain unavailable.
-
Resetting your password
Use the password reset link on the Log In screen. A reset email is sent to the address registered on the account. Never share your password with anyone, including our support team.
-
Closing or restricting your account
You can apply responsible gambling controls at any time, or contact support if you want your account closed. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable wagering rules and regulatory requirements.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Paying into your account, taking funds out and the limits that apply.
-
Accepted payment methods
Debit cards only. Credit cards are not accepted for betting in Australia. All accepted payment methods are combined under a single deposit limit.
-
Making a deposit
Deposits are made from the My Account section. All incoming payments you initiate are aggregated toward your active deposit limit, regardless of the payment method used.
-
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are returned to a verified payment method held in your name. Identity verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed.
-
Deposit limits
A deposit limit caps the total amount you can deposit during a daily, weekly or monthly period. Decreases take effect immediately; increases and removals are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
Sports Betting
Finding a market, adding a selection and placing a wager.
-
Finding a market
Browse upcoming Australian and international events on the Sports page. Filters cover AFL, NRL, football, cricket, tennis and basketball.
-
Adding a selection
Selecting an available price adds that outcome to your Bet Slip. No wager is placed until you review and confirm.
-
Placing a bet
Review your selection, odds, stake and potential return in the Bet Slip, then use Place Bet to submit the wager. The potential return updates automatically according to the stake entered.
-
Suspended and settled markets
A market can be suspended when the situation of an event changes, and prices are no longer available while it is suspended. Settlement follows the official result for the market concerned.
Racing
Meetings, races and the wagering markets available on them.
-
Finding a meeting
The Racing page lists upcoming Australian meetings across thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing, with the time to the next race for each.
-
Race markets
Available markets are shown on the race card — for example Win / Place and Same Race Multi — together with the runners in that race.
-
Fixed odds
A fixed-odds price is the price shown at the time your wager is accepted, whatever the price does afterwards.
-
Scratchings and abandoned races
If a runner is scratched or a race is abandoned, affected wagers are handled in accordance with the applicable racing and wagering rules.
Showdown
A separate wagering product, with its own account, balance and controls.
-
Separate account
Showdown uses its own account. It is separate from your Next2go.co betting account and is created separately.
-
Separate balance
Funds and balance are managed separately. Money in your betting account is not available in Showdown, and the reverse is also true.
-
Separate controls
Responsible gambling settings do not automatically carry across. Betting limits and self-exclusions set for Betting do not apply to Showdown, and vice versa.
-
Getting started with Showdown
Use Create Showdown Account on the Showdown page. The same age and identity requirements apply.
Responsible Gambling
Tools for staying in control, and where to get free confidential support.
-
Setting a deposit limit
Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit from the My Account section. Each period resets automatically, and your deposit capability restores in full when the period renews.
-
Taking a break
You can temporarily step away from your account when you need a pause, then return when the break period ends.
-
Self-exclusion through BetStop
BetStop is Australia's National Self-Exclusion Register. It is free, and one registration can restrict your access across all licensed Australian online and phone wagering providers.
-
Free and confidential support
Gambling Help Online is available on 1800 858 858, free and confidential, at any hour.
Technical Help
When the site is not behaving as expected.
-
Browser and device
The website works in current versions of the major browsers on desktop and mobile. If a page renders incorrectly, updating your browser resolves most problems.
-
Trouble logging in
Check that the email address is the one registered on the account, then use the password reset link on the Log In screen. Repeated failed attempts may temporarily restrict access.
-
A page will not load
Reload the page first, then clear the cached copy of the site. If the problem continues, note the page address and the time it happened.
-
Reporting a problem
Send the details through the Contact Us form, including what you were doing and what you saw. Do not include your password or payment card details in a support message.
